Policy & reminders
A few simple house rules that keep sessions running on time and fair for everyone.
Changes & cancellations
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 8 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. Cancellation inside that window will result in the loss of your free session from your bundle, or a 50% charge.
Arriving late
Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if the appointment has to be cancelled — resulting in the full 100% fee.
Payment in advance
All appointments need to be paid for in advance, before your appointment date, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Bundle expiry
If a bundle offer is purchased, the sessions need to be used within 12 weeks or the remaining sessions will expire.
Need to move a session? Message Ellie as early as you can and she'll do her best to find you another slot.
