Who we are
Ellie O'Neill Training ("EO Training", "we", "us") operates eotraining.co.uk and is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at eopersonaltraining@gmail.com or 07824 712761.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number.
- Booking details: session dates and times, session numbers, payment status, notes you add to a booking.
- Health and emergency information you choose to provide (for example injuries, medical conditions and an emergency contact), so sessions can be delivered safely.
- Enquiry details when you use the contact form.
- Technical data such as essential cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To manage your bookings and provide training — performance of a contract with you.
- To track whether sessions have been paid for — legitimate interests.
- To keep you safe during training (health information) — explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To respond to enquiries — legitimate interests.
- To meet accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. We use trusted service providers to run the site: our hosting and database provider (which stores your data securely), our email provider for booking and account emails, and Google if you choose to sign in with a Google account or if a session is added to Ellie's calendar. Where a session appears in Ellie's calendar, only your first name and session number are included.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on secure servers within the UK/EEA where possible. Booking and payment records are kept for up to six years to meet accounting requirements. Health information is deleted when you close your account or ask us to remove it. Enquiries are deleted after 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email eopersonaltraining@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
Access to client data is restricted to Ellie. The database enforces row-level security so clients can only ever see their own records.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
