What personal data we collect
We only collect the data we need to run sessions safely and keep our records straight.

How we share your data
We do not sell your personal data. We use a small number of trusted suppliers to run the site and deliver our services, and they may process your data on our behalf:
- Our website hosting and database provider (site, accounts and booking records).
- Our email delivery provider (account and booking emails).
- Calendar and sign-in services, only where you or Ellie choose to use them (for example syncing a session to a calendar, or signing in with an existing account).
We may also share data where we are legally required to, for example with HMRC or our accountant. Where a session is added to Ellie's calendar, only your first name and session number are included — never your contact details or health information.
Where your data is stored
Your data is held on secure servers within the UK or European Economic Area. Where any supplier processes data outside that area, appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law are in place.

- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your data in certain circumstances ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict how we use your data while a request is being resolved.

- Port your data to another service in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent for health-data processing at any time.

Children
Our website and booking system are intended for adults aged 18 and over. If Ellie agrees to train anyone under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent and manage the booking on their behalf. If you believe a child has signed up without consent, please contact us and we will delete the account.
Security
Access to client data is restricted to Ellie and any authorised trainers. Clients can only see their own records, and all data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
